The householder tool and the support service provider tool have had a minor revision in Solution G relating to roof and gutter moss. The links on the tools page have been updated so the tools that download are now the new version.

You should use the updated version of the tool. Note if you are a householder and you have already downloaded the tool to use you do not need to reprint the whole document – just reprint solution G (page 44 of the pdf). For support service providers the page you need to reprint is page 41 of the pdf.
